This policy applies to all mobile applications published by Bảo Dương Studio.

1. Introduction

Welcome to the apps made by Bảo Dương Studio ("we", "us", "the App"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data.

2. Data Collection

🚫 The App does NOT collect personal data, including:

• Name
• Email
• Phone number
• Address

📱 Game data (stored locally on your device):

• Scores
• Progress
• Settings
• Hints
• Purchase status

👉 No data is transmitted to our servers.

3. Third-Party Services

The App may use the following services:

🔹 Google AdMob (Advertising)

• Provider: Google LLC
• Purpose: Display advertisements
• Data: Advertising ID, ad interactions
• Formats: Banner, Interstitial, Rewarded, App Open
• GDPR/CCPA compliant (Consent via UMP)
• Policy: policies.google.com/privacy

🔹 Google Play Billing (Payments)

• Provider: Google LLC
• Purpose: Process in-app purchases

Some apps offer in-app items or subscriptions. The available packages and their prices are listed on that app's Google Play page and in the app's own privacy policy.

👉 Payments and transaction data are handled by Google Play. We never receive or store your card details.

4. Permissions

All of our apps require:

• Internet (ad delivery, payments)
• Billing (in-app purchases)

📷 Camera and photo library — some apps only, and only when you choose to use it:

Some apps let you set a profile picture by taking a photo or picking an existing one. The permission is requested only at the moment you tap to change your picture, and the feature is entirely optional.

• The image you pick is stored only on your own device.
• We never upload it to a server, never share it with third parties, and never use it for advertising.
• We do not read or scan the rest of your photo library — we receive only the single image you select.
• Removing your profile picture in the app deletes that copy from your device.

• Microphone
• Contacts
• Location
• SMS or call logs

5. Data Security

All data is stored locally on your device. We apply reasonable measures to protect it.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. User Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows a consent form (Google UMP) on first launch, before any ad is loaded.

You have the right to:

• Accept or refuse personalised advertising. Refusing keeps the game fully playable — ads simply stop being personalised.
• Withdraw consent at any time. Open Settings → Privacy options inside the app to reopen the form and change your mind.
• Manage your Advertising ID through your device's system settings.

If you refuse every processing purpose, the app stops loading ads altogether rather than falling back to non-personalised ads.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this policy at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
